* While I stive for a piece to look similar to one already made if requested, please note that the design may be different depending on material availability, sizing and other factors. 

* Refunds are only issued if item is stolen or arrives damaged (Photo proof is required)

* Shipping can take a couple of days to a week depending. I ship out next day but after that it's up to the postal serivce to properly and efficently deliver the item.
